Watch Turkey quake of 6.3 on 20th Feb at 17.05 UTC as against time predicted for Israel (+ or - 10 degree longitudes) ie 34 E

    Look here..
    There is no prediction like "Sooner or later"...which made headline recently

    One hour accuracy
    One quation to plate tectonics..
    whether this a an aftershock or a main seperate quake?
