    Amit;

    If you correctly and publicly predict every major quake for a year or so you might get some interest and attention from NOAA or NEIC. If I still worked there I would guarantee it but
    since I'm retired I have no insight on what they might do.

    In general, they don't believe it's possible for any outside individual to predict quakes.
