Pl note today's major ,6.6 earthquake at western Australia ,a hit prediction ,
Predicted date is 15th with +or - one day window period
Now let us talk about place
1)Decide date first
2)Watch Moon and other strong planet like Jupiter ,Venus ,Mars and Saturn in that order.
However ,in most cases considering Moon Will suffice  the purpose
Now
90-(Altitude of Moon) and location will be at West longitudes
So if Moon is at 20 degree altitude
90-(20)=70 longotude at western side is probable place  and location 180degrees to this

If Altitude is -ve
90-(-20)=110 degrees to the East longitude and exactly opposite location on globe(180 degrees apart)
Thus rough longitude band can be obtained

Now for Western Australia the quake was at 120 degree East longitude

Moon at the time of quake was at -37 degree Altitude
Thus
90-(-37)=127 East
Hence nearby location

Two questions raised by Roger and Answers

1) Can you show me an example of that? 2 quakes of equal mag and location.
Your cycle theory is simply wrong. The moon has nothing to do with quakes.
If it did, you would not have failed my long term test.

2) There are quakes not on plate boundaries but we do know why. Subduction zones for example.
Quakes related to volcanos for another.

Yes, your hits are due to chance. Otherwise you would not have failed my test.

1)As per plate tectonic theory, 7.5+ quake can occur at same location only after stresses built up again ,may be 50 years , 100 years , you specify 

now look at the following quakes

a)7.9 at 10.51 UTC,at 4.5 south and 153.2 East, on 17th December 2016...PNG

b) 7.9 at 4.30 UTC, at 6.24 South and 155.17 East on 22nd January 2017....PNG 

c)7.5 at 13.28 UTC at 6.7 south and 155 East on 19th April 2014....PNG

d)7.5 at 1.44 UTC at 5.46 South and 151.8 East on 5th May 2015.....PNG


e)7.5 at 12.58 UTC at 4.08 South and 152.56 East on 14th May 2019...PNG

Do you think 7.5+ quake equivalent stress can be accumulated in one month ?

How do you explain all these with plate tectonics ?

7.7 at Gujarat , India ( 23.4 North and 70.2 East) on 26th January 2001 at 3.16 UTC

Do you think there is volcano here
or plate boundary 
or Subduction Zone

How do you explain this 7.7 major quake

SO , think out of the box

Old theories are not necessarily correct especially when it says ,it is unable to predict major quakes

June 2019 may witness some major quakes (7.5+) for the following reasons
  Some of the major planets and sun are at 22+ declination like... Sun,Mars,Mercury,Jupiter, Saturn and even Pluto

Some of the probable dates for major quakes(6.3+) are as follows

Thank you so much for evaluating my prediction for last more than ten years.
 We have seen considerable 6+ prediction are hit.
 However, as per your evaluation it is below average. I do not think ,we can find a solution to this unless third party evaluation is done
 I request you to check feasibility of checking  such last 10years prediction either by USGS or European Seismology .

here are the rules
1) window period is + or - one day
2) quakes predicted are 6.2+ and not 6+. Hence odds for 6.2+ can be taken for evaluation and not 6+ odds
21/22nd  May 2019 means  12 Noon GMT on 21st to 12 Noon on 22nd
3) There are 5 dates predicted ,hence total 15 days window period in the Month. It means total 48.38% of the month is consumed in window period. Hence, if I get 48.38% of total quakes in the Month in my window period , it is exactly equal to odds. If more better than odds
