This post is specifically for Japan in general and specifically for Japan Seismology Institute.
I am aware that ,Japan is the only country who is ready to listen the new theory on Earthquake occurance and  prediction .
So, here by I give time in UTC for one of my potent date for the next month is December 2024.
The dates are 1st &15th December 2024
The quakes ,predicted are major ie of
6.5+ magnitude.
Epicenter location ..Japan area.
Time in UTC

07.00 hrs
14.00 hrs
22.30 hrs

Earthquake Prediction for December 2024

Before giving dates for probable major(6+) earthquakes, for the month of December 2024,here are few points to remember
Generally December to Februray the Sun remain closer to Earth  hence possibilitly of more 6+ quakes.
Further this month following planets are closer

Urenus

The  declination of planets exceeding 21 are
Sun,Moon,Venus,Jupiter & Pluto

The planets changing directions are
Mars on 5th
Mercury on 15th
Neptune on 8th

This month's prediction is little different.
Total 9 dates are given for December 24.

Thus there are NINE dates and 13 major quakes prediction
Further Date 15th December 2024 is highly potent and quake may exceed 7.0 magnitude ( which is a conservative figure)
Effectively ,+or- 3 hrs is 6 hrs for a given time. Thus ,13x6=78 hrs total for the month
78/24= 3.25 days
So ,3.25/31=10.5 % of the month
In short ,if there are more than 15% of the total quakes ,occured in month ,inside these time limits ,it is better than odds or tossing the coin
Epicenter location not given for obvious reason.However, they may follow my epicenter hypothesis

Earthquakes follow two rules ,rather one only of tidal pull

1) Tidal pull on magma

2) Gravitational pull on upper Earth crust
