Japan and CA quake time for 3rd October 24

I am aware that , two nations are more interested in Earthquake Prediction. 

1) Japan

2) USA

So here by I give the probable time of 6+ quakes for following two longitudes 

130E to 140 E...Japan region

130W to 110 W...Western USA ,CA/LA ,for the first date predicted for current month ie October 24

ie

3rd October 2024

Time margin +or - 45 minutes 

1)1.30 UTC on 3rd October 24

2).8.30 UTC

3) 14.30 UTC

4)20.30 UTC
