Earth Inner core reverse movement-A hypothesis

 Recently it was published by media that ,scientists have noticed that the Earth inner core has started moving in the reverse direction.

It is also mentioned that ,such reversal happen after  roughly evet 70 years

Now here is my hypothesis

All solar system planets occupy the same relative  position after about every 64 to 65 years.
So ,when they occupy another ,same,potent position,  after roughly 65 years, the tidal and Gravitational pull become excessive ,and it pull the inner core in the opposite direction.

Now here is calculations

The orbital time of planets are as follows
1) Mercury..0.25 Earth year
2)Venus....0.6 year
3)Earth ..1 year
4)Mars...1.88 years
5)Jupiter...12 years
6) Saturn.. 29.4  Years
7) Urenus..84  years
8)Neptune...165 years

Now here is my hypothesis
The Earth's inner core change the direction
of rotation after every 60 yeaes ,as aginst approximate 70 years mentioned by scientist.

Now look at this  calculations
Between 60 Earth years how many complete full orbital rounds the planets make
1) Mercury...240 rounds x 0.25 =60 years
2)Venus...100 roundsx0.6 = 60 years
3)Earth   ...60 rounds  ×1 = 60years
4) Mars .32 rounds ×1.88 =60.16years
5) Jupiter ..5 rounds× 12= 60 years
6)Saturn..2 rounds×29.4 Years =58.8yeers

Thus there is a surge in tidal and Gravitational pull after evey 60 years ,just after that ,the Earth's inner core start moving in reverse direction
The extended hypothesis says ...
The major and violent direction change of Earth inner core occurs after evey 170 to 180 years as Urenus and Neptune are also counted
7) Urenus..  84 years×2 round =168 years
8) Neptune.  165 years  ..one round
