Questions to Mr Zhu Hongbin

 Here is a Question to Mr Zhu Hongbin

Recently on 20th March 2025 ,Mr Zhu zHongbin from Beijing Earthquake Agency have published an Article in Journal
Geodesy  and Geodynamics ,which was peer reviewed also.
It says
1) Due to change in Earth rotational speed ,ie length of day ,there will be more Earthquakes .
2) After studying dats for 150 years from 1879 ,he has concluded that this is the sixth major Earthquake phase
3) There are chances of 8+ quakes soon.
Now some questions to Mr Zhu Hongbin
A) The seismolist believes that the tidal pull of Moon is mainly responsible for Earth rotational speed change ,due to tidal effect of Moon on Earth
So, If the tidal pull of Moon can change the rotational speed of Earth ,there by causing stresses in plate tectonics  ,why it can not induce quakes?
If it can move or change the speed of Earth ,can it not shift plates or induce quake by pull on magma
The beauty of Seismology is it believes, Moon can change rotational speed of earth,which in turn induce stress in plates ,but Moon or tidal pull is not responsible for quakes .
