Not only this ,watch accuracy of my epicenter hypothesis. The Sun is at Zenith ,( overhead) at Local NOON.Sun is at 31.5 W ,right overhead.
For new comers,the epicenter location hypothesis says
The epicenter of major Earthquake will be at location where

1) The Sun or Moon are at Zemith or Nadir
Overhead or other side of thr globe ( for Sun at Noon or midnight ( with 15 degree longitudes margin)

Or
2) The Sun or Moon is rising or setting with 45 minutes margin
