At a location where Sun /Moon is rising /setting (including twilight zone)..This hypothesis is true for all above dates
To be more specific for 20th April 2023...
Location ...110 degree East + or -20 degree longitudes
and/or ......70 degree West + or -020 degree longitudes
and /or ..and locations where Moon /Sun are rising /setting (including twilight Zone)

I can see how moon overhead might open a fault but rising or setting should not because both sides are affected equally and nadir should lock it tighter.
Same for sun but other planets are too far away.

Due to problems with TrueBasic I am unable to complete the program to do anything.
So I suggest that you find the sun and moon positions for as many 6+ quakes as possible
and post a list of them here. That should settle the question.
Or post a list showing all sun-moon configurations together with all 6+ quakes in that time period.
If a correspondence exists, these will show it.
