At the time of quake ,with respect to epicenter longitudes , the Sun/Moon  will be at Zenith or Nadir .(+ or - 10 degrees)

Thus out of 31 days ,5 days are predicted for major quake.So by law of average 1/6th major quakes should  occurs in these 5 days. If the number of 6+ quakes are more than 1/6th of the total quakes in the month ,the theory should be studied in depth

2) The is at Maximum declination South.and will be standstill for a day and move northward fron 22nd December 2022
3) Moon is closest ,57 ER ( Earth Radious)

5) The Mars is at Maximum Declinations
6) There is new Moon on 23rd December, when maximum pull of both Sun and Moon will act

Why there are more volcanic eruption in year 2022

 

The year 2022 was termed as year of volcanic eruption.
Any Seismologist or Volxanic expert have any logical answer to this?
Now I will explain
Observe the year 2022
1) Jupiter was at closest distance to Earth.,after 40 long years.Though every year Earth pass by side of Jupiter ,but it could be 4.5 +AU distance and not less than 4 AU
2) Mars was also at closest distance .
These two when Join or Oppose closer Moon or Sun ,a major quake or Eruption occurs
If anyone wants to cross check ,find out year ( before 40 years) when Jupiter was at less than 4 AU distance

 Mars quakes and tidal pull theory

It is believed that ,there is no active plate on Mars . Hence quakes due to plate tectonics may not be possible
Recently on 4th May 2022 ,NASA reported one of the biggest quakes on Mars ,measuring 5 on R scale
  Earlier also I have proposed Corrolaries, where by it was stated that ,on some of the dates ,there will be more Mars quakes.
Now here are three dates of major quakes reported on Mars.
1) 21th August 2021...4.2..
2) 22nd April 2022.....4.2
2)4th May 2022.....5 ( biggest)

Now watch the proximity of Mars with Jupiter ,Earth and Venus
  For Marsquakes the potency of dates depends on
1) Jupiter.....biggest effect of all
2) Earth.....next to Jupiter
3) Venus...third in rank
4) Saturn ...4th in Rank
It is to be noted here that for Mars quakes ,Our Moon and Sun are not major contributors. What matters most is Jupiter .It has more potent for Mars being much closer ,may be less tgan 3 AU
( Astronomical Units.average distance of Earth to Sun.For Earth Jupiter closest is at around 4 AU ,which is major factor for Earthquakes.
Now look at Mars Quakes dates
1) 21st August 2021..Venus is approaching closer
2)22nd April 2022..Venus and Saturn closest ..Jupiter and Earth approaching closer
3)4th May 2022..Jupiter ,Earth approaching closer ,Venus and Saturn closest.
Infact ,I believe ,July -August 2022 should have been much stronger for Mars quakes

There are lot many un answered or half heartedly answered topics can easily be dealt with this ( tidal pull theory)
1) what there are major quakes at locations other than plate boundaries
(fault line inside a plate is a vague answer.How can there be a relative movement inside a big plate)
2) why on a given date there are several 6+quakes all over the globe ,on plates which are no way connected
( Why all plate boundaries should reach maximum limit of built up stress on one date)
3) Why there are snall continously occurring, as plate tectonics requires built up of stress over years
4) why there are volcano eruptions,cyclones and quakes on given date
5) why there are very deep quakes 800+ kms.( Subduction plate reaching up to 800 km deep ,without melting is not possible.Moreover how many years a plate will take to travel 800 km deep at a speed of 5 cm per year)
6) why there are more tropical cyclones in Northern hemisphere ( only Corollaries phenomenon, less warm water or wind shear is not correct answer )

( 15 degree because for  15 degree shift it take 1 hrs so +or - 1 hrs ,if you consider time margin)

Why more tropical cyclones in Northern hemisphere

 Why there are more tropical cyclones in Northern hemispere?

There are nearly 80% major tropical storms that occurs in Northern hemisphere,between 0 to 30 degree north latitudes.  Various answers are given ,which you can find anywhere.
However, my explanation is as follows
Besides warm water 27 degree Celsius main reasons ,I think ( which is debatable and not approved by any authorities ) are

1) Due to coriolis phenoma wind in northen hemisphere moves South west /anticlockwise,between 0 to 30 degree north
2) Due to 23.5 degree NE tilting of Earth this direction practically becomes East to west .( see diagram)
3) Sun and Moon ( zenith positionon Earth) move from East to west).Hence low tide area shifts from East to west.Hence the air flows practically from  East to west( in Northen hemisphere between 0 to 30 degree N)
4) As the low tide area shifts East to west,the air rushing  to fill the partial vaccum also moves from East to West
5) Both ,natural wind and tidal wind help each other ,both moving East to West ,as seen in diagram,in Northern hemispere, between  o to 30 degree north
6) The wind shear velocity ,in this case help the strom to form ( both ,natural wind and wind formed to fill partial vaccum,moving in same direction,East to west)
7) The air moving  over warm oceans gethers potential energy from ocean.
Thus 80% tropical cyclones in Northern hemisphere between o to 30 degrees north


Though southern hemisphere have all other prerequisites like ,warm water ,( actually more and vast oceans) required temperatures between Equator to 30 degree South ,there are only 20 % cyclones in southern hemisphere.
From the diagram it is clear that ,coriolis effect wind is almost northward ,and both contradicts each other,in southern hemisphere
The natural wind at Southern hemisphere between 0 to 30 degree South ,due to 23.5 degree tilting of Earth (NE ), is practically northward with respect Sun and moon( see diagram)

Thus in short ,the air rushing to fill partial vacuum, the 23.5 degree NE tilt of Earth , warm water and Corrolaries phenomenon are all responsible for more cyclones in Northern hemisphere
The main reason of more tropical cyclones in Northern hemisphere is the twenty three and half degree tilting of Earth to NE and nothing else

   EARTHQUAKE PREDICTION THEORY AND PREDICTION (6+) QUAKES

   As per guidelines of NEPEC , I  am hereby submitting my earthquake prediction theory and dates  with time ,magnitude and locations 

  I am basically, a mechanical engineer from Mumbai, India. The passion for earthquake prediction was started way back in 1993 when great Latur, Maharashtra earthquake occurred. September 30th 1993. Since then I am maintain a blog wherein major (6+) quakes are predicted and dates with magnitudes are uploaded well in advance. The locations are not uploaded as it is prohibited by Indian Disaster Act 2005

1. Theory

  Earth consists of an upper Crust of about 100 km thick and (Lithosphere ) and  a ductile hot Asthenosphere of about 660 kms thick ness .Then comes lower mantle, outer core and inner core 

  What, I believe causes an earthquake (major6+) is the tidal pull exerted on ductile Asthenosphere of around 660 kms . The Moon ,Sun and major planets like Jupiter , Mars ,Venus and Saturn (in that order) also exert pull on magma as well as upper crust . 

When the tidal pull exceeds a critical limit, the magma breaks the crust partially and an earthquake occurs. If the pull can break open the mouth of a volcano an eruption will occur. So both major quake and major eruption occurs on a given potent dates

 Since tidal pull is inversely proportional to the distances between two planets /bodies Moon have maximum tidal pull and most of the quake triggers are decided by the position of the Moon.

 Thus the theory says that ,on a given potent date (as decided by this theory)  more 6+ major quakes will occur all over the globe . Not only that ,the chances of  a volcanic eruption is fairly high during these dates.

1. Deciding the potent date/s

1. First in a given month check whether the distances of Sun and major planets. If Sun and major planets (Jupiter, Mars, Venus and Saturn in that order are closer/closest , the month has potency to produce 6+ magnitude quakes 

The minimum distances are as mentioned below

Sun …….0.983  AU (Astronomical unit ie average distance of earth to Sun) 

Moon….57 ER (earth radius)  

Jupiter …  3.9 AU

Mars…. 0.52 AU

Venus….0.28 AU

Saturn….8.5 AU

 Now in a given month if more than one planet is closer/closest, it is more potent

2. Once the distances are known  ,check whether in that given month any planet is at maximum declinations or closer to maximum declination (N or S).

Also check whether Sun is at Max Declinations Nort or South

Maximum Declinations of planets and stand still positions of the planets are very important because immediately after that ,it will change the direction from North to South or  south to North. What actually happens is, due to this change in directions the tidal pull direction also suddenly changes and there will be an imbalance and jerk in the molten magama due to retardation or acceleration. This ultimately induce imbalance in the magma and it breaks the crust ,causing an earthquake

2. Deciding the date and time 

    Now the exact date is decided by the most powerful and fast moving Moon .

 When Moon joins or opposes Sun , Jupiter , Mars, Venus ( in that  order ) it creates a trigger for quake.  The date on which Moon is closest during month and at maximum declinations North or South these dates are also potent Often we have seen that, full Moon and New Moon are more powerful for major quakes. Eclipses are still more powerful

  Thus, the date and time  will be decided by Moon 

The time in UTC can be decided when Moon exactly Joins/opposes Sun /Jupiter,/Mars/ Venus ( whichever is potent ie closer and having maximum declinations) 

(c )  Deciding magnitude

    Magnitude in Richard scale can be decided by the number potency  Moon ,Sun and other planets have on that day and time . 

 If the Sun is closest and at Maximum declination, say i n December or even during November to March (next year), Moon closest (57 ER ) and maximum declination possible (+ or -27 d degrees), Jupiter , Mars ,Venus and Saturn are closest and at maximum declination ,the quake could be well above 8.5 magnitude

 Actually I am planning to make a software which will take in to account app these aspect and give tidal pull . However ,incorporating change in momentum due to direction change of planets is still an issue

4. Deciding locations

   Location of major quakes can be decided by the position of Moon and Sun in that order, where they are at Zenith and/or Nadir longitudes at the decided time with + or – 20 degrees of margin

  As tidal pull is equally applicable to both side of the globe Zenith and Nadir. both side longitudes are prone to major quakes

Further, the locations where Moon /sun are rising and/or setting at the time in UTC decided as above, are also prone to major quakes. This is because, the low tide crust pull can break the crust 

 It is true that ,the quakes occurs mostly at plate boundaries . But this is because the plate boundaries are weaker than crust and they give way earlier when tidal pull is nearby or just below the crust

In fact, what I believe is ..

 THE PLATES ARE DUE TO QUAKES AND THAT THE QUAKES ARE NOT DUE TO PLATES

 There are various shortcomings of the plate tectonics, but it is not the topic to be discussed now

 There are some inherent problems in pin pointing only one location for amjaor,6+ quake, by my theory. What we can find out is where ( longitude)  the pull will be at the trigger time . If the crust is solid, it may not break at trigger time . It may take few hours more or less than the trigger time and in the meantime the locations shift due to Earth rotation

 Thus, the location fixing is very dynamic process

WHAT IS FINALLY TO BE GIVEN AS A GIST IS….

1. DECIDE MONTH, DATE AND TIME AS PER ABOVE THEORY

2.  LOCATE ZENITH AND NADIR POSITION OF MOON /SUN AT THAT TIME

3. THE LONGITUDES OF ZENITH AND NADIR POSITION OF MOON /SUN, WITH + OR -20 DEGREE OF LONGITUDES IS PRONE FOR MAJOR QUAKES(6+)

4.  THE LOCATIONS WHERE MOON /SUN ARE RISING /SETTING AT GIVEN POTENT TIME ARE THE LOCATIONS FOR MAJOR QUAKE ALSO OCCUR

5. TO REMAIN ALERT , WITH + OR – ONE DAY WINDOW PERIOD OF POTENT TIME AND DATE, KEEP A WATCH AT FAULT LINES ,WHEN THEY ARE HAVING MOON/SUN RISING OR SETTING 

5. After shocks and cycle quake theory ( pre shocks also)

For predicting aftershocks at the same ( nearby + or – 500 kms)  watch

1. The time exactly after 12 hrs of major quake(+ or – 1 hr)

2.  24 hrs after major quake ( + or – 2 hrs)

3. 7th /8th day , when Moon moves 90 degrees after major quake

4. 14th/15th day when Moon moves 180 degrees after major quake

Corollaries to my Earthquake theory

 

Corollaries to my Earthquake prediction theory
1) These predicted potent dates are also prone to volcanic eruptions. And that ,at the time when an eruption starts, there will be a hightide on the sea Shores of that longitudes. and that during low tides eruption will not strat.
If we observe the Volcanoes which are active continously,  on these dates more activities will be observed in these Volcanoes.
2) When there is an eruption on given date ,the quake magnitude will be less on that date, as the internal tidal pull is partially released
3) 50 years  from now we would be able to manipulate quake magnitude at populated cities ,by artificially inducing an eruption at remote islands
4) More quakes occurs on Full Moon and New Moon and also on Eclipses
5) Between +or - 25 degree latitudes there are more quakes because of declination limits of planets.
6) After major quake , aftershocks occurs after 12 hrs ,24 hrs ,7/8th day ,14th /15th day ,as per next potent combination of Moon
7)Plates on Earthcrust are due to Quakes and not that  Quakes are due to plates
8) During December-January, February (next year) there are more major quakes ,due to Sun proximity and Maximum Declination of Sun ( changing direction also)
9) Every 13th  month when Jupiter is closest to Earth ( @ 4 AU) ,there are more major quakes
10) Full Moon  New Moon and Eclipses give more quakes
.11) When Jupiter ,Sun ,Mars and Venus are closer/est ,there will be Maximum major quakes
12) On a given potent date ,from the active volcano  more lava may come out
13) When the Earthcrust will become thicker after millions of years there will be less quakes
14) We are saved due to one solid layer of magma inside the Earth (200 to 670 kms ) which have saved us from violent quakes ,otherwise Earthcrust would have not survived . This solid layer of about 200 to 670 kms  takes the major shocks of tidal pull of semisolid magma at outer core (from 670 km to  3000....kms depth)
15) Roughly after 18.6 Years Moon reaches maximum declination of +or - 28 degree ,which is normally + or - 22 to 24 degrees. During these year and month ,frequency of major quakes increases
16) Some dates ( as predicted after considering all aspects of this theory) are inherently potent. There could several major (6+) quakes ,within 48 hrs ,all over the globe and on various plates,which are no way connected to each other ( This can not be explained by plate tectonics)
17) Major quakes can ouccur at places away from plate boundaries also, if the tidal pull acting below is powerful ( this also can not be explained by plate tectonics,- only saying fault line inside a bigger plate is not justifiable )
18) Major quakes can occur at great depth of 700 to 900 kms also .These quakes actually occurs on second layer of hard material ,from depth of 200 km to 2900 km ,due to tidal pull of molten magma at outer core .This also can not be explained  by plate tectonics-(Subduction plate can not reach up to 800 km without getting) melted.to give - quake at 800 kms-
19) If we (NASA) have any provision to measure Moon quakes and Mars quakes on these potential date ,we will notice an exponential high frequency of quakes there.
20) After every 13th month ,when Jupiter is closer to Earth ,there will be more quakes

Now the news of one of the biggest volcano ,Muana Lao ,at Hawai ,eruption on 28th November 2022 at 9.30 GMT.

The Sun was at 30 degree East at that time .So prone longitudes are 30 degree East or 150 degree west. On the spot.

1) Moon is at Zenith and/or 180 degree apart

Balance 20% respond to strong/ closer Jupiter,Mars,Venus ,Saturn in that order ,when they are at Zenith
tolerance is +or - 10 degree longitudes

A 6.9 Quake at Indonesia on 18th November  2022, at 19.07 Indian Standered Time ,as against  predicted date and time 19th November  at 14.00 hrs IST

Yes ,an error of 19 hrs .( earlier quake)

But much better than seismologist prediction of

 " a major quake now or 200 yrs from now at........location"

 Some corollary of the theory are 

1) If we want to remain alert ,generally, we should look at the Moon position ,where it is overhead (zenith) and 180 degree away from it ,on other side of the globe ,for +or -one day of the predicted date. The longitudes (+ or - 20 degrees) from the zenith position and 180 degree apart ( with + or - 20 degree deviation)need to be observed .

2) fifty years from now ,it should be possible, to, control and regulate the magnitude of major quakes by delabarate and planned volcanic eruption  as we predict perfectly the quake with date ,time and location .

  The tidal pull pressure built up inside the crust can be manipulated by planned volcanic eruption at remote island ,there by reducing the built up tidal pull and there by reducing magnitude of impending major quakes in populated area.

As both the natural disasters are due to same tidal built up pressure inside the crust

From 01.01.2021 to 01.01.2022 there are total 157 earthquakes which are greater than 6

it means in a year ,ie 360 days  there were 257 quakes which were greater than 6

ie 157/360=0.436 quakes of 6+ magnitude per day

 

Now invitation 

For the current month  dates 24th ,25th and 26th (ie November 2022) and as per time in UTC ,

observe the quakes which are 6+  ,all over the world

As per law of average it should be 

0.436x3 = 1.3  say 2 quakes ( to be safer side)

 

Now what seismologist in general and USGS in particular  believes should be the number of 6+ quakes in these three days to be well above average . 

What is the figure they thing fit to be considered worthy to have a second look?

Double?....ie 4 quakes in 3 days?

three times..?  ie 6 quakes in 3 days

five times ?...ie 10quakes in 3 days

Cycle quake throry for major aftershocks

 My cycle quake theory for aftershocks states that ,major aftershocks, if at all to come are most probable on 7th/8th day and 14th /15th day.

This is because after seven and half days Moon moves 90 degree and after 15 days 180 degrees.

However ,it is not necessary that aftershocks will be of lesser magnitude. 

Yes ,generally they are of smaller magnitude because the strong configuration of planets slowly diffuses (ie move apart) with time and hence lesser magnitude 

However, if there is another stronger combination waiting after 7/8 th days or 14/15th day ,the aftershocks may be stronger than original quake.

The Moon Quakes- Due to Tidal effect of Earth on Moon

 Though Moon have no active plate tectonics , Moon quakes do Occur . The maximum magnitude could be 5.7 or so. 

Now How and why do Moon have quakes

The great Seismologist have suggested three reasons

1) Meteor impact

2) Shrinking of planet

3) The tidal effect of Earth on Moon 

Now Moon have some very deep quakes about 100 km .How do the seismologist explain this? 

What makes such quakes

Surprisingly enough , they (seismologist agree and believe that the Earth tidal pull is responsible for moon quakes. The beauty of this is ,they have also noticed maximum moon quake Every 27 to 28 days ., when earth is closest to Moon .

 What a partial acknowledgement of tidal pull teory

Unfortunately , there are no active seismometer on Moon now , otherwise ,they could watch a huge spike in Moon quakes this Month .

In fact ,Earth being bigger and ,when closer to Moon along with other bigger planets closest, could play a havoc on Moon

Explanation for Deep quakes by tudal theory

 Hi

Recently an Earthquake of 7 magnitude at Fiji on 12th Nov was at a great depth of  around 580 kms.

 Now we have seen that how plate tectonics tries to explain this by way of subduction zone deep quakes. In earlier post we have also seen that ,how that idea is nit logical and correct.

Now ,I will explain how tidal pull theory can explain this.

1) Most if the quakes (95%+) are at a depth up to 100 kms .This can be easily explained by tidal pull acting on upper crust of about 100  kms

2) Below this there is Asthenospere up to 200kms ,which is partially molten 

3) There is a solid part from 200 km to 660 kms

4( Below thus there is lower menle which is capable of flowing  from 660 km to 2900 kms

Now what happens is 

A) All normal quakes (95+%) occure up to 100 to 150 kms ,which can explained easily

B)  However is tidal pull breaks the solid part between 200 to 660 kms ,there could also be quake ,which is deeper up to 600 kms.

 So ,in nutshell

X) if tidal pull breaks open the upper crust ie up to 100 kms ,the quakes occurs up to Max 100 to 120 kms ,which comprises of 95+% of quakes

Y) However the tidal pull in lower menle (660 to 2900 km) breaks the solid part between 200 to 600 kms ,the quakes will be deeper.

 So ,the subduction plate going below  right up to 500 km and then disintegrate to produce deep quakes is not coorect( this was proved in earlier post )

One more 6+ quake,this month

Please note one more major quake at Chile today ie 13th November 2022.

 On an average three to four  6.5 magnitude quake occurs every month.

Why then so many major quakes (almost daily one) occur this month?

 Do plate tectonics have any answer to this?

As mentioned earlier ,this month will witness few major 7+quakes.

Keep counting 

Today ,ie 12th November 22 a 7.1 quake at Fiji.

The problem is the quake occured at 587.2km depth.(ref USGS)

Woh!

How do we explain this with plate tectonics. 

The maximum depth of earth crust is around 50  -60 kms.

How the quake occured at a depth where there is no plate to collide at a whooping depth of 587.2 km

 ANY ANSWERS OR EXPLANATION BY PLATE TECTONICS?

Now I will discuss the arguments given by plate tectonics for quakes at this depth.

 Explaination given...

Quakes at such greater depth ( say this one at 587 kms) occurs at subduction zone. One plate slides below the another plate and keep sliding downward. At great depth this plate (which is going down ) deforms and create quakes at such great depth. 

Now some points 

1) At such depth of 587 kms the temp could be around 2500 to 3000 degree Celsius. 

2) The melting point temp of rocks is around 

2000 to 2400 degree Celsius 

3) Why then this crust whichbis going down should not get melted ,before reaching this great depth?

4) At a rate of say 5 mm per year ,if the plate is going down ,it will take 117 million years to reach this depth. How can the solid rock remain solid at 3000 degree temp and for 117 million years?

By this public forum ,I would like to ask USGS(USA) and NDMA and NIDM (INDIA) as to how many date hit major quake predictions are required before they can have a closer look to the theory ,which is other than plate tectonics

 In fact , I can forecast the locations also ( with fair amount of accuracy ) ,if required by USGS or NDMA/NIDM . However, I should be protected from the national Disaster Act 2005 (India) under which it is an offense to predict all three aspects of a quake 

1) Date

2) Magnitude

3)Location 

This can be treated as spreading rumors

If USGS in general and Govt of India  indemnify me against this I will post longitudes (+ or -10 degrees) on both sides of globe

Some questions to plate tetonics

Plate tectonics suggests that , there was a super continent named Pangaea. This super continent was broken in several pieces and each one drifted apart. Thus ,the world continents as we see are formed. 

Now ,several plates are formed and they move and collide with one another. When the built up pressure is released by movement of one plate over the other ,the Earthquakes and Volcano occur.. Himalayas was formed by such collision of two plates which started some 50 million years back. Even today ,Himalaya is increasing in height by about 5 mm every year

 By this calculation ,the height of Himalayas should be more than 250 kms and not just 8600 odd mtrs.

Now Some questions 

1) How did the super continent broken ? by which force ?

First answer was given by Platte tectonics was- Centripetal force-. When this was rejected ,the now accepted explanation is by Heat currents of molten magma under the crust .

Now my question is -

If the splitting force of heat current was there (below the super continent) ,it would have not allowed the super continent to be formed there ,in the first place. 

How do we explain this? 

2) Is it not possible that ,the super continents got separated by the force of earthquakes ?

3) How do plate tectonics explain  earthquake and volcanic eruption at locations other than plate boundaries?

 The explanations given by plate tectonics is like this...

 As per modified plate tectonics, there are some intra plate faultlines.These are small faultlines inside a bigger plate.Due to such intraplate fault lines quakes at places other than plate boundaries occur ,one like Latur(Maharashtra, India quake).

However ,the question is whether such intraplate small faultlines can have relative motion inside a bigger plate,that can cause an Earthquake?

 Where as for volcanic eruption at places other than plate boundaries ,the explanation given by plate tectonics is like this..

There are some extra hot spots inside the crust(???!!!how and why?).These extra hot spots of lava are responsible for volcanic eruption at places away from plate boundaries (only assumptions)

4) Why on a given potent date there are several major quakes all over the globe on various plates not connected in any way ?

5) The main proof produced by plate tectonics is that ,the shape of continents are like matching puzzle pieces and the fossil remains found in separated continents are same.

Now ,all this can be justified if we say that ,the super continent was broken and separated by violent quakes.

 No heat currents / convection currents have  power to breake the continents completely

6) Why plate tectonics can not calculate the built-up pressure and hence probable dates of major quakes.

 It is like this..

We know 

a) area of plates

b) depth of plates

c) density of earth crust

d) velocity of their movemnt

e) Surface area in contact at plate boundaries 

f) shearing force required to break the crust 

why then ,the kgf /sq mtr at plate boundaries can not be calculated. 

why we can not remain alert when the kgf/sq mtr reached shearing force

why do seismologist say /predict that "major quake in Himalayas can occur anytimes from today to 200 yrs from now"

what is the use of such prediction?

Who will remain alert 24x7 for 200 years?

why this month (november 2022 ) is potenat as far as Earthquakes are concerned

Why this month is more potent?

Say take for  example the dates 25/26th November 2022.

If you see and observe I have given 7+ prediction rating for these two dates

Some of the major contributing factors are as follows

1) The Sun is closest to Earth and at higher Declination

2) The Moon is closest to Earth and of the highest (rare  -26.40 degrees ) declination .Though Moon can go up to Max  + or -28.43 degree declination once in 18.66 years .

The month and year on which it will reach its 18.66 year peak is  March 2025 (which will be more potent)

However ,in general ir remains between 22 to 25 degrees 

3) Mars is closest to Earth and at Maximum declination

4) Venus and Mercury are also at Maximum declination

SO the New Moon of 24th ,25/26th are more potent

Now for understanding why these maximum declination and stand still positions are more potent

Say on 25/26th November after achieving maximum declination of -26.40 ,the Moon will return to northward movement ie will reach 0 (at Equator) and later to + ie North side

Now what actually happens is sudden stoppage of southward moment of Moon  acts as a break to the pull on molten lava,as if your are thrown forward when a break is applied to your car (change of momentum) .Further it starts moving in opposite direction the next day ,thus dragging the lava under tidal pull

This makes imbalance in the internal lava/magma and if crosses the threshold limit breaks the upper crust ,causing the quakes

Now ,why all earlier tidal pull, theories never justified the co relation between major quakes and tidal pull is ,the seismologist only looks for phases of Moon ie New Moon and Full Moon

Yes ,the new Moon and Full have some potency but all new moon and full moon are not capable of producing major ,6+, quakes

All other factors need to be considered like

1) Maximum Declination

2) Planets Changing Direction from Direct to Retro gate or vice a versa

3)Sun and Moon at same declination

4) Speed of SUN,MOON and  other planets

5) Aspects of Moon with closer planets and resultant pull

THUS ON THE GROUND OF PARTIAL STUDY OF TIDAL PULL THEORY (ONLY SUN AND MOON STUDY) THE TIDAL PULL THEORY CAN NOT BE DISCARDED

 1) Earth consists of thin (100km) plate and semi solid magma below it about 6000km 

2) As there is high tide and low tide in oceans, similar tidal pull applies to semi solid magma

3) The date on which the tidal pull crosses a critical value ,the lava breaks the plate partially and quake occurs

4) If the pull is directly over weeak boundaries, plate boundaries, a major quake occurs

5) If the pull breaks open the mouth of volcano an eruption occurs

6) The Moon has max tidal pull being closer

7) when Sun ,Moon and major planets joins ( like full moon ,yesterday, new moon ,) the pull is maximum 

8) When a planets is closer ,as Jupiter now ,and changes direction from Direct to retouching or vice-versa, it produces imbalance in pull and jerk.

 Thus some of the dates are prone to major quakes.

Yes ,major quakes occurs at plate boundaries, it is only because it is weaker section

  Earthquakes are not due to plates ,but plates are due to earthquakes

 How do plate tectonics explain ..

1)Major quakes at location other than plate boundaries 

2) why some dates are prone?

3) why series of small quakes (less than 3) daily?

The all in one theory for natural Disaters

 The existing theory of Earthquakes is based on plate tectonics. This theory states that the quakes are due to the faultlines on plate boundaries. These plates moves and thus develop pressure at the plate boundaries. When the pressure exceeds they move one over another and hence earthquakes.

However ,this theory can not predict the quakes nor it can explain why there are quakes at places other than plate boundaries
  The Earth is made up of earth crust  below which there is hot semi solid magma. At center there is a core .
  Now ,this theory suggest that...
As we have high tide and low tide in oceans ,there could be similar high tide and low tides in this semi solid magma. So where there is high tide on earth ,there is also a corresponding high tide below the crust.It is proved that ,even the Earth crust  ( around 100km thick) is  also affected by the tidal pull of Sun ,Moon and other planets.
If the tidal pull is more than a critical value the pull exerted by semisolid magma on Earth crust will break the crust and Earthquake will occur.If the pull is more it can break open the crust completely and volcanic eruption will occur
Thus the location on earth on both side ( 180 degree apart) where tidal pull is maximum are prone to major quakes.
The location at 90 degree apart where there is low tide is also prone ,as extreme low  tide make the crust collapse partially.
    The tidal pull in decending order are
1) First trigger .Moon closest
2) Sun Closer
3)Jupiter Closer /closest
4) Venus and Mars Closer/closest
5) Full Moon and New Moon
6) Moon at maximum Declination
7) Moon joins or opposes Jupiter ,Venus or Mars
8) Jupiter, Venus or Mars changing Direction from Direct to retrogate or vice versa
  This theory can be extended for
A) Volcanic eruption(we have seen how)
B)Heavy rain/Cloud burst(Tidal pull make clouds concentrate at high tide zone)
B) Cyclones(similarly low tide make partial vacuum in atmosphere, which further induces cyclones ,along with temperature difference in air)
The dates prone for major quakes (7+) are also prone for all three other natural disasters

This may give major quakes ,cyclones and hurricane this month end and first week of Oct 22.

Why major Earth quakes this month?

We have seen some major quakes in this month ie September 22,one 6.9 at Taiwan on 18th and 7.6 in Maxico on 19th.

 Yes ,you may call this as two big miss ,as both these dates were not predicted by me for this month

The reason for big quakes in this month is

 Jupiter ,the biggest planet is very close to Earth this month .Infact it is less than 4 AU ( Astronomical Unit ie average distance between Earth and Sun.

 As per NASA report ,Jupiter is this much closest after 59 years.

 Now ,my main concern is....

. When Moon was far away on 19th Sept from Earth ( that is only why I didn't select this date ,it can give such major quake ,I doubt, both my dates ie 25th and 26th Sept could be more serious ( location not predicted, for obvious reason)

Now I will tell you why 25th and 26th Sept are more powerful is like this.

1) Jupiter is still coming closer than 18th Sept

2) Moon is more close than 18th/19th Sept

3) New Moon..ie Sun and Moon pull joins

4) Closest Moon and Closest Jupiter are directly opposite to each other, making tidal pull stronger

5)Sun and Closest Jupiter Oppose each other

6) Sun and Moon Declination are Same (one North and another South 

So,in short, both dates are prone for major Earthquakes

A major change in my mehod of Earthquake Prediction

From this month onwards, I have changed  my major earthquake prediction window period

Now onwards, there will not be any window period. The dates predicted will have no window period ie the dates mentioned here are supposed to be either date hit or miss.

 By doing this ,the total number of dates to be observed will be reduced.

This month ie August 22 following dates to be observed for 6+ quakes.
