This month (Sept 22) there are five dates predicted for 6+ quakes.
Let us have test this moth..
1) % of date predicted for month @16%
2) Now observe 6+ quakes for Sept 22,those which occurs in predicted dates
3) If the number of 6+ quakes occured on predicted dates is greater than 20% of total 6+ quakes in September 22,then there is substance in theory
