The Quake prediction for the month of September 2023 is special ,as this month both Earthquakes and Moon quakes will be predicted.
As my tidal pull theory consider Moon as the main trigger for Earthquakes,provided the position of other major planets is potent enough.Thus the dates for the quakes to occur remain same ,though magnitude changes.
The Dates to be considered as per UTC.
The time window for both is + or - 1 day
Presuming we will get the seismometer data from Chandrayan 3 ,launched by India
and as the rover is already out on Lunar surface.....Here are the dates

Back to earthquakes for a moment.
In the first 8 months of this year we have had 90 quakes of mag 6.0 or greater.
In the same time period there were 31 moon phases.
Of the 90 quakes, 31 were within a day of a moon phase and 51 were not.
That's about what you would expect by chance.

Almost all do the same mistake.
Counting only Moon phases is not correct.If it is,there should be a major quake every Full Moon and New Moon.
Moon is a trigger.First a potent position has to be there due to other major planets aspects

So where can I find a list of all major planet aspects?
What I have now is all moon phases.
But even if I had such a list the phases would only be a trigger.
A quake still might not happen if subsurface conditions were not ready.

The aspects and proximity of major planets and Sun are the factors which create the potential situation
Moon aspects and proximity with them is the trigger which,generally decide the date and even time

The potential situation is determined underground by tectonic forces.
Lacking that, no triggering will cause a quake.
Like pulling the trigger on an unloaded gun.
